As part of our commitment to our clients, we’ve developed a FREE real estate home search app through HomeStack!
Here are 4 steps to get started:
- If you haven’t downloaded the app, open up the HomeStack app site (or scan the QR code below)
- Enter in your e-mail address and click “get the app”
- Download on your iPhone (Apple Store) or Android (Google Play)
- Enter in your contact information and from there you can select your agent from the Pritchard Homes Team and get searching!
11 Reasons to Use The Pritchard Homes Team App Instead of Others, like Realtor.com or Zillow
- Users will get real-time, MLS-accurate listings. The app pulls directly from the local MLS. No stale listings, no “ghost” properties, and no inaccurate estimates. What you see is what is actually available.
- Users will get personalized, automated property alerts. Set your criteria once and get instant notifications when a matching home hits the market or drops in price — tailored to your exact search, not generic blasts.
- You get to talk to a real agent, not a stranger. When you have a question, the chat connects you directly to your agent — someone who knows you, your likes and dislikes, your timeline, and your budget. On the big portals like Realtor.com or Zillow, that “contact agent” button often routes you to whichever agent paid for the lead.
- Your data stays yours. No cold calls, no junk email, no ads, and your information is never sold to third-party advertisers or lead-generation companies. Browse freely without becoming someone’s sales lead.
- We built a search experience built around you. You can favorite homes, save searches, and build custom lists to organize your house hunt. Your agent can see what’s catching your eye, so conversations start from “I saw you loved that one on High Ridge Road” instead of starting from scratch.
- Users can schedule showings in a tap. See a home you love? Request a showing directly in the app — no playing phone tag and no waiting on hold with a call center.
- Local expertise, built in. Get curated resources, market insights, and personal recommendations from your agent that are specific to your neighborhood — not national averages or algorithm-generated estimates.
- Support local. Using this app supports your local agent and brokerage — people who live and work in your community — instead of sending advertising dollars to a national tech portal.
- Collaborate with your co-buyer. Share favorites and lists with a spouse, partner, or family member so everyone stays on the same page throughout the search.
- One app for the whole journey. From the first search to scheduling showings to chatting with your agent, everything lives in one place — no juggling portals, email threads, and text messages.
- No competing agents fighting for your click. This is your agent’s app — you’ll never be advertised to by other agents or lenders while you browse.
